Festival Program Advertising Options


The Award winning Blissfest is recognized as one of the premier cultural events in Northern Michigan and the perfect venue for bringing people together in an entertaining atmosphere where weekend fun and activities invite families to interact and experience new ideas, services and products. Each day, more than 4,000 Festival participants from Michigan and all over the Midwest converged for a weekend of music and dance all within a friendly arts camp community.
Corporate, business and media sponsors recognize the advantage of having direct access to their consumer audience. Your message can appear with our folk, roots and world music, and, just like our diverse music program, we have a variety of plans and the flexibility to help you accomplish your marketing goals.
Festival sponsorships deadline is March 30, 2007 to meet printing deadlines. The Festival Program Ads deadline is June 1. In addition to cash support Blissfest will also consider support in the form of in-kind goods and services.

There is no reason you can't be in the spotlight of the 27th Annual Blissfest Music Festival. This year’s event will  be held July 13-15, 2007 on the Festival Farm just North of Harbor Springs, MI. Festival Sponsorship Packages put you right on stage in front of all those enthusiastic Blissfest music and dance fans.

Sponsorship Options

Premiere Blissfest Sponsor($2,500 and up)

This sponsorship level receives: Your Logo on our 12,000 festival brochures mailed to our participants and distributed through our ticket outlets throughout the state. ♪ A full page ad in the festival program plus your logo on the festival schedule page ♪ Your logo on our local print advertising leading up to the festival ♪ Sponsor acknowledgments from main stage during each day of the festival ♪ Your business logo and web link on our home page and on the Blissfest sponsor page ♪ A logo banner on our festival sponsors kiosk at the festival farm during the event. Premiere level sponsors also are invited to attend the event with back stage hospitality privileges. Blissfest will also work to accommodate the specific needs of our Premiere Festival Sponsors to provide a presence at the event.

Blissfest Partner Sponsor($1,500)

This sponsorship level receives: Your company name listed on our 12,000 festival brochures mailed to our audience and distributed through our ticket outlets throughout the state ♪ A 1/2 page ad in the festival program plus your logo on the festival schedule page ♪ Sponsor acknowledgments from main stage during each day of the festival ♪ Your business logo and web link on the blissfest.org festival sponsor page ♪ A logo banner on our festival sponsors kiosk at the festival farm during the event. Blissfest Partner sponsors also are invited to attend the event with back stage hospitality options.

Blissfest Troubadour Sponsor($750)

This sponsorship level receives: A 1/2 page ad in the festival program plus your logo on the festival schedule page ♪ Sponsor acknowledgments from main stage during each day of the festival ♪ Your business logo and web link on the blissfest.org festival sponsor page ♪ A logo banner on our festival sponsors kiosk at the festival farm during the event. Blissfest Partner sponsors also are invited to attend the festival event with back stage hospitality options.

 

ADVERTISING in The Festival Program
4,000 festival programs are distributed at the festival. Many folks keep these programs as table top souvenirs

Full page ( 8 ¾ x 5 ¾ wide) $ 250

1/3 page ( 2 7/8" x 5 3/4" wide) $100

Full page ( inside back cover) $ 350

1/4 page (2 3/16" x 5 ¾" wide) $75

1/2 page ( 4 3/8" x 5 3/4" wide) $ 130

1/10 of page (1 11/16" x 2 3/8" wide) $60

The sizes are all based on a 9 1/2 x 6 1/2" page with 3/8" margins. Camera ready ads are recommended, although we can do some minimal layout and typesetting. Ads should be confirmed and in hand by 6/1/05. We are again offering some incentives for pre-paid ads. Any ad of $80 (1/3 page) paid in advance will receive a discount price of $50 for one festival ticket 1/2 page ads( $110) and paid in advance will receive a special price of $50 for up to two festival tickets. Full page prepaid ads can receive a special price of $50 per weekend ticket for up to three tickets. Business members receive additional discounts. We can, of course, bill you later if that is your preference. Deadline for camera ready copy is June 1, 2007
