the creative cooking of Mike Everts of Real Foods Catering in Petoskey. Always a
great eclectic blend of foods from around the world with that regional flair and
organic quality
Bliss Cafe-
Our kindred sprit cafe from
Suttons Bay featuring great variety of quality food and a shading dinning room for your
comfort .
Indian Sausage-
Big John serves up festival
food for those who are in need of some rich and tasty brats in addition to those
great French( Freedom) fries and Real lemonade.
JD's Market- From Horton Bay with the Tip of the
Mit's most unique
delicacies can be had right at Blissfest. Try their famous chocolate covered
frozen bananas and cheesecake.
Tom's Mom's Cookies- The names says it all. Simply the best
cookies on the planet and made right in beautiful Harbor Springs
Greek Tasty Foods- All the way from Chicago, Frank has become a
regular and very poplar booth at Blissfest. They serve up some awesome authentic
Greek cuisine. Not to be missed.
Zofias-
From Pellston is our own polish food specialist with a
great variety of classic old country specialties
Pops GT Kettle Korn- Gotta have it and Dave from Traverse City does is in style.
He also features the new "Death by Twinkee"
Island Bean- If its Java you want then go to the Island mon! Pam
and Wally bring the staff and kitchen to the Bliss party from their headquarters
in Harbor Springs. They are more than just coffee and have a fine array of
edibles to offer
Grillers-
New state of the art BBQ with a
nice menu featuring smoked and pulled pork, chicken, burgers brats, potato salad
and coleslaw.
Village
Cafe- Cross Village is represented this year by a fine eatery
featuring pizza, kelibasa, waffles,naleski(creps) and wonderful pastries.
Shanti Concessions- Formerly known as Harmony
Grounds, Shanti Concessions are pleased to provide java in all its permutations for the second
stage crowd. They will also expand the menu this year featuring natural deli
and sandwhich items.
Blissfest
Ice and Ice Cream Booth- Don't forget to
cool yourself off during the weekend with a nice Ben & Jerry's or other
sinfully delicious ice cream novelty. You'll be glad you did and so will
Blissfest.

Taste of Thailand featuring Pad Thai often called the signature dish of Thai
cuisine. There are several regional variations, indeed it has been said that
Thailand has not only a different curry for every day of the year, but also a
