Volunteer & Information Booth
1. Location: Between Main and Second Stage in the Green Booth. Look for the sign and info kiosk
2. Hours: Friday 3pm-Midnight, Saturday 9AM- 10pm, Sunday 9AM-11pm

General Volunteer Information:
Soon after you arrive at the Blissfest, you must check in at the Volunteer
Booth to confirm your assignment and pick up your voucher card and. After
you have completed each shift, you will need to have your coordinator sign the
voucher card. After both shifts are completed, go to the Volunteer Booth to get
refund. Refunds are available Saturday or Sunday.
Job Profile: Come to the Volunteer Booth 15 mins. prior to your shift for orientation. The role of this position is to help assist and manage the volunteer program and assist with providing festival information. A positive attitude and good people skills are required. Specific duties are listed below. A book describing details of these duties is available at the booth. All forms and instructions are provided.
Volunteer Booth Duties and Activities
1. On-site volunteer processing
2. Musician processing
3.Activity sign-up: Folkscool, Open Mics, Stage Announcement, Mail List
4. Memberships
5. Mail / Email List
6. Evaluations/survey distribution and collection- Special drawing
7. Lost and Found
8. Incident reports/ grievance form
9. Volunteer pay-out procedure
10. Other Forms and postings ( ie. BlissAssist trainings)
11. Information: site orientation, utilities(water, jons,) Shuttle schedules(internal & external shuttles)
If you have questions or do not understand a proceedure, please consult with the Coordinator on duty. Have the coordinator sign your voucher card after your shift. Refunds are available at the volunteer booth.
