Significant fund raising experience with two metropolitan area non-profits.  Also provided legal advice and counsel to both of those organizations. While on the Blissfest Board I have been a member of the Programming, Human Resources and Festival Operations committees. As the only lawyer on the Board I have been uniquely positioned to help us navigate numerous legal issues which have arisen over the years.
