Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-5 days of payment confirmation. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs clearance, or courier disruptions.

Shipping Providers: We partner with trusted shipping carriers, including USPS to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally. 

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@blissfest.org.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments: If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at info@blissfest.org. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and the product.

Order Changes or Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations may not be possible.
